A new 231,000 sf, three-story plus terrace research laboratory building. The laboratory will house 3 Institutes: Chemistry, Engineering & Medicine for Human Health, and Neuroscience. The Institutes will be separated by a building split but will co-habitat the common outdoor courtyard spaces and the terrace level.
