New two-story elementary school building, with 35 classrooms.

BIM Structural, BIM Coordination, Clash Detection and production of Shop Drawings
Scope of work
• LOD 400 modeling of the wood framing (wood walls, floor, and roof framing)
• Approximately 400 sheets of shop drawings for the wood walls
• Modeling of all the concrete embeds, including sill plate anchor bolts and holdown anchor bolts, and the placement drawings for them.
Challenges
starting coordination. Our team finished the model 1 day before the deadline.
During modeling, the biggest challenge was to define the bottom and top level of each wall,
along with the different intersections with the others walls, floors and ceiling framings. This was solved with our Revit and wood framing expertise.
